Osprey's Bioform Custom Moulding Will Revolutionise The Way Your Pack Fits Your Body.

Once a Bioform CM hipbelt is heated in the specially designed Osprey CM oven and placed around your hips, it conforms to your unique body contours.

This is another world first from Osprey, allowing a level of comfort and load transfer previously unheard of.

Graham Thompson, Trail's gear tester, said: "I'm a funny shape.... but I have lived quite happily like this all my life and not had too many problems. I`ve found plenty of rucksacks that were comfortable, so when I heard about Osprey's revolutionary Bioform Custom Moulding (CM) hipbelt I was sceptical. I fitted myself with a standard Osprey hipbelt: it was great and I was thinking that all this messing about with cookers was an unnecessary waste of time: surely the standard Opsrey hipbelt was comfortable enough?

After about 10 minutes the Custom Moulding (CM) hipbelt was fully cooked and ready for fitting. I wrapped it around my waist and the soothing warmth was relaxing. I left it in place for 8 minutes to set. Once fitted to the pack I instantly noticed the improvement around my hips. I hadn`t really noticed how bony my hips were before, but on closer inspection I could see a pair of depressions in the moulded hipbelt.

The hipbelt followed my body contours perfectly and brought a new level of bliss to my bumps and lumps. Having experienced the level of comfort that was possible with a moulded hipbelt it was clear how easy it is to think something fits comfortably when in fact it doesn`t.
