At The Mountain Factor we feel very strongly that our online customers feel the same level of confidence in the service that they receive as they would should they walk into our shop.
The site is updated regularly and we do our best to keep it up to date with the new stock and updated deals that we have going on in our shop at any given time, but it may not cover everything we have to offer. Postage is free to UK addresses, with an option to upgrade to Next Day (Monday-Friday) delivery (if items are in stock and the order is placed before 4pm Mon-Fri) for £3. Minimum order £20
As usual, we are relaxing our returns policy for the Festive Period:
Orders dispatched during November and December can be returned for exchange or refund up to Sunday 8th January
(unused and with original tags and packaging please).
