Shipping information
We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £50, and these are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. For UK orders under £50 we charge £4.00 and send using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
- When goods are in stock, orders received by 3pm, Monday to Friday will be dispatched that day, using the relevant service.
- Orders received after that time may not be dispatched until the following day, even when “next day” delivery has been requested (see below).
- Orders made on a weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
- Orders made over Bank Holidays may differ.

There is the option to upgrade to Special Delivery (Next Working Day) for an additional £8.00 –
- To use this service please order before 3pm for same day dispatch and next day delivery (Monday to Thursday).
- Orders placed after 3pm using this service will not be dispatched until the following day (Monday to Thursday).
- Orders placed on a Friday before 3pm using the Next Working Day Service will not be guaranteed for delivery until the following Monday, after 3pm they will not be dispatched until the following Monday and delivered on the Tuesday.
- Orders made on a weekend using the Next Working Day Service will not be dispatched until the following Monday and delivered on the Tuesday.
- Bank Holidays will differ.
- The delivery of the Next Working Day service is guaranteed by 4pm.
- This is a Signed For service.
- We are unable to add delivery instructions to Next Working Day.
Please note that no orders are dispatched over weekends with Royal Mail.
In the event that we do not have the item, we will email to suggest an alternative or let you know that we will process a refund.
Customer accepts all responsibility for damage or a loss if we have been asked to leave parcel in a safe place. We won’t, however, request that parcels are left in bins.

International shipping
We do ship outside the UK but all items are subject to import charges, taxes and courier charges. These vary from country and courier to courier and are not set by us. We are not liable to pay these extra charges and any extra import costs are the responsibility of the customer to pay in full.
Unfortunately due to Tariff changes and increased Customs Duty Costs we are no longer able to ship to the US.
Where possible we use Royal Mail. Within the EU our initial charge is £15 for up to 2kg. For the rest of the world our initial charge is £35. If the total shipping is disproportionately high (e.g. for small items) we may, at our discretion, refund some of the excess carriage charges. In this situation we will contact you and arrange a refund. If the postage charge is going to be more than £35 (e.g. for large, bulky items) we will contact you with a quote and ask for your instructions. We will endeavour to keep postage costs to a minimum using economy services. However, if special arrangements are requested we will contact you to arrange a postage charge.
