We use Royal Mail 48H Tracked (2-3 working days) or Royal Mail £4 paid postage (24H Tracked) UK deliveries. We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £50, with the option to upgrade to Special Delivery (Next Working Day) for an additional £8.00. For Next Working Day delivery, please order before 12 noon. (For special requirements, including next day Saturday delivery please call us on 015394 327 52) Next working day service is guaranteed by 4pm on orders placed Monday – Friday.

Click and Collect is for collection from our Ambleside shop only. If you have any questions regarding this, please call us on 015394 327 52.

When goods are in stock, orders received by 3pm will be shipped within 48 hours by Royal Mail or by a courier if they are big and/or heavy. Orders received after that time may not be dispatched until the following day, even when “next day” delivery has been requested. In the event that we cannot ship your order within 48 hours we will e-mail you with an expected delivery date.

Customer accepts all responsibility for damage or a loss if we have been asked to leave parcel in a safe place. Parcels will not be asked to be left in any bin.

International Shipping

We do ship outside the UK but all items are subject to import charges, taxes and courier charges. These vary from country and courier to courier and are not set by us. 

Where possible we use Royal Mail. Within the EU our initial charge is £15 for up to 2kg the rest of the world our initial charge is £35. If the total shipping is disproportionately high (e.g. for small items) please contact us for excess carriage charges to be refunded. For other destinations, as the weight of items differ greatly we will consider each case on its own merits. We will endeavour to keep postage costs to a minimum using economy services. However, if special arrangements are requested we will contact you to arrange a postage charge.
