We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £50, and these are sent using Tracked 48. For UK orders under £50 we charge £4.00 and send using Royal Mail Tracked 24. There is the option to upgrade to Special Delivery (Next Working Day) for an additional £8.00.
For Next Working Day delivery, please order before 12 noon. Next working day service is guaranteed by 4pm on orders placed Monday – Friday. Please note, orders placed on Friday after 12 noon will not be collected until the following Monday and delivered on the Tuesday as we do not have weekend collections by Royal Mail.

When goods are in stock, orders received by 3pm will be shipped within 48 hours by Royal Mail or by a courier if they are big and/or heavy. Orders received after that time may not be dispatched until the following day, even when “next day” delivery has been requested. In the event that we cannot ship your order within 48 hours we will e-mail you with an expected delivery date.
Customer accepts all responsibility for damage or a loss if we have been asked to leave parcel in a safe place. Parcels will not be asked to be left in any bin.

We do ship outside the UK but all items are subject to import charges, taxes and courier charges. These vary from country and courier to courier and are not set by us. We are not liable to pay these extra charges and any extra import costs are the responsibility of the customer to pay in full.
Where possible we use Royal Mail. Within the EU our initial charge is £15 for up to 2kg. For the rest of the world our initial charge is £35. If the total shipping is disproportionately high (e.g. for small items) we may, at our discretion, refund some of the excess carriage charges. In this situation we will contact you and arrange a refund. If the postage charge is going to be more than £35 (e.g. for large, bulky items) we will contact you with a quote and ask for your instructions. We will endeavour to keep postage costs to a minimum using economy services. However, if special arrangements are requested we will contact you to arrange a postage charge.
